World Mental Health Day 2025

This year I sat down with Ruth Stross from the Neurology Academy to discuss the importance of asking about mental health when working with people with neurological conditions. We also discussed the importance of health professionals to look after their own mental health especially as nurses are 23% more likely to take their life that the average population.
